I hear you beautiful!!
How are you supposed to connect with your sexual self, you innermost desires, your core vital self and libido when life is going on full-tilt around you?
How do you identify YOURSELF among your ever-growing responsibilities?
How do you soften and find a the stillness within when everything is moving so fast?
Let’s get real, right? You may be a mama. You may be in school. You may be retired. You may be a CEO of a company. You may be a stay-at-home mama to 3 amazing kids. You may be working and a mama! You have A LOT going on, and sometimes it feels like you are a jack of all trades, master of none.
I’ve living it too, and that’s why I can relate. I’m a working mama to 2 children! It’s a lot to balance…
I’ve also been working with women and their holistic health since I was 19 years old. I’ve heard so many stories from women feeling burned-out, underappreciated, and flat out exhausted. I’ve been there too!
It’s time for an evolution my dearest. And that evolution starts with YOU.
We’ve got to find the time, and strategies to reconnect with our inner guides, our intuition, and our stillness. I’ve found the most POTENT way to to this is through CULTIVATION OF SEXUAL ENERGY.
This has been the focus of my self-work and work with women for the past several years, and let’s just stay…I’m really passionate about sharing this work with women of all ages, in all stages of life!!
So, brew up a cuppa tea, have a bath, and peruse the blog…or if you’re ready, take a deeper dive in my online course:
It’s all within you….waiting to be unleashed….yes, it’s going to get a bit juicy!!
MORE ABOUT MY STORY:
I believe we need a new paradigm for understanding our bodies and to not feel like we are being betrayed by them.
We also need practitioners who are skilled at holding space, honoring women, and understanding healing on the deepest levels.
That is one of my gifts.
And for a long time, I felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole.
I never felt like what I was doing truly honored myself.
I knew I was helping women, but not in the way I truly could. And not in a way that also honored myself simultaneously.
Then, a profound shift occurred, and I drew a line in the sand. Enough was enough.
I was truly going for it. Taking the leap.
This leap involved extreme risk, financially, spiritually, mentally.
It was not easy. There were times I had to dig deep, and then go even deeper.
But I was no stranger to this.. I had put myself in situations like this many times, to test myself, for spiritual growth, for evolution.
The big ah-ha was that it was ONLY ME holding myself back.
And by holding myself back, I was holding out on my divine gift to the world.
To even hold and acknowledge that I had a divine gift–to not just understand deep withing, but within every cell of my body, and womb, was huge.
It is at the core of many of our imbalances, our feelings of scarcity, of lack, of fear.
And, I decided once and for all, I was not going to be held back. It took a good 20 years of my life to come to this place.
Are you ready to explore?
This is a vulnerable, sacred journey….should you take it with me?
Only you will know.
Here’s a bit more information to guide you…
