I hear you, beautiful!!
How are you supposed to connect with yourself, you innermost desires, your core vital self and body when life is going on full-tilt around you?
How do you identify YOURSELF among your ever-growing responsibilities?
How do you soften and find a the stillness within when everything is moving so fast?
Let’s get real, right? You may be a mama. You may be in school. You may be retired. You may be a CEO of a company. You may be a stay-at-home mama to 3 amazing kids. You may be working and a mama! You have A LOT going on, and sometimes it feels like you are a jack of all trades, master of none.
I’ve living it too, and that’s why I can relate. I’m a working mama to 2 children! It’s a lot to balance…
I’ve also been working with women and their holistic health since I was 19 years old. I’ve heard so many stories from women feeling burned-out, underappreciated, and flat out exhausted. I’ve been there too!
We’ve got to find the time, and strategies to reconnect with our inner guides, our intuition, and our stillness. I’ve found the most POTENT way to to this is through using transformational coaching, evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle strategies, along with herbal medicine!
This has been the focus of my self-work and work with women for over a decade and let’s just stay…I’m really passionate about sharing this work with women of all ages, in all stages of life!!
I bridge both worlds–that of Western, Allopathic Medicine and Holistic Healing to give you truly comprehensive care.
So, brew up a cuppa tea, have a bath, and peruse the blog…or if you’re ready, take a deeper look into my offerings under the Work With Me section.
Why Work With Me?
I believe we need a new paradigm for understanding our bodies and to not feel like we are being betrayed by them.We also need practitioners who are skilled at holding space, honoring women, and understanding healing on the deepest levels.
That is one of my gifts.
One of the most common things I have heard from women over my 19 years of practice was that they felt incredibly safe with me.
They told me they could tell me anything.
That they felt immediately calmed in my presence.
When the front desk at the gynecology office I worked at was asked to book a first pelvic exam appointment for a young woman, they booked her with me.
When new patients came to the office for their initial pregnancy consult, they were booked with me, for an hour long visit. For our patients with gestational diabetes, I created a nutritional counseling program and offered 30 minute individualized visits for our entire practice of nurse-midwives and physicians.
When women had complex pelvic pain, chronic infections, or conditions that weren’t responding to regular medical treatment, the physicians I worked alongside referred their patients to me.
When I worked in an integrative health center, my patient panel filled quickly as a new provider.
Women refer their friends, their mothers, their daughters to me.
Why? I think its my presence, and my ability to really, really listen to women. To make them feel heard. To help them figure out what is going on with their bodies in a holistic way.
But, you don’t have to take my word for it, you can see for yourself if we’re a good fit. I offer complimentary 30 minute calls for all the offerings I have.
Are you ready to explore?
This is a personal journey….should you take it with me?
Only you will know.
